This bag is made of a lovely soft leather and the lining is a fun bright pattern. I use it for work and it is very professional and goes with lots of outfits. I can fit a notebook, folder, water bottle, lunch and small sweater in it, in addition to my cell phone, keys, etc. I wish the crossbody strap was a little wider, but other than that I am very happy with this bag.
